Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.00 within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, additional fees may apply.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your payment is received and verified.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped (please ensure this has not gone to your junk inbox).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at info@pilatesbyjenna.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately. While we will assist in investigating the issue, please note that The Sculpt Store is not liable for lost or stolen items once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you notice any damage when your order arrives, please take pictures and contact us within 48 hours.

Address Errors

It’s important to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
